Before you pay

Every quote repeats these terms. Ask us before you pay if anything is unclear. We would rather explain twice than argue later.

Getting a quote is always free

You pay nothing to ask. There is no charge until you accept a plan and pay an advance.

Hotels and boats set their own rules. We pass on what they charge. We add no fee of our own.
Peak season runs from December to February. Hotel terms are stricter then. We tell you before you pay.
If you cancel a taxi or transfer with reasonable notice, there is no charge from us.
If we cannot deliver something we promised, we refund that part in full.
Refunds go back the way you paid, once the hotel confirms its share.

Weather, road closures and strikes do happen in the hills. We will always try to move your dates before anyone loses money.
